Making Healthy Homemade Foods for Baby

Foods are the main source of energy for human to live and grow. Babies surely need to eat healthy foods to keep growing. Babies aren’t like adult since they don’t have strong digestive systems like the adults so it’s very necessary to choose the right type of foods for them.

Baby foods can be varied depending on the age of your baby. Feeding the baby should be started with soft food. If your baby is between for to six months old then she can eat solid foods like rice cereals. Furthermore you can gradually move forward to give your baby fruit and vegetable. However you should remember not to give the citrus fruits for your baby at least until they reach one year old. Fresh fruits and vegetables like potatoes, bananas, green beans, peaches, apples and others might be good options. Remember to always wash the fruits before you give them to your baby. It’s suggested to peel and cut the fruits so your baby can easily eat or chew it.

You can also mix the some of the fruits altogether by blending peach and banana to give your baby another new fruit flavor. Remember to always talk to your doctors or nutritionists about the right foods for your growing baby.
